It's that time of year when we are frantically putting together our cookie plates for friends and family. It doesn't need to be frantic. And, if you have children, this is a perfect activity for them to help with. This year I made four different truffles.  1. Peanut Butter covered in dark semi-sweet chocolate.  2. Oreo covered in white chocolate. 3. Chocolate Orange covered in cocoa
